Stuck Piston Rings

Hi Dual, I don't think it will be beyond redemption, with these things it's always a matter of cost. SNG Barratt want over £60 for rings for 1 piston Multiply that by 12 and you can see the problem. I have found somewhere in the states that appears to offer them for a lot less, I will get in touch with them after Christmas. If the bores are OK I reckon I will be able to soak each piston in diesel or atf and get them freed off ok.
If I do decide to give up on it I will let you know. Either that or throw it in the Witham so it can help out with the flood defences
