Spoke to my insurers this morning, and they were a bit concerned that they might not be able to find anyone capable of fixing it given it's a bit of an oddity!
I suggested that given I'm the person that built it, I'm probably the best person to undertake the work, and would be happy to do it if they paid for the parts.
They seemed to think that might be possible and are sending an inspector out on Monday to assess the damage.
Hopefully they'll agree to send me a nice big cheque in the near future and I can start shopping for bits and get it back on the road.

I did the same thing when I crashed my Jester. Was on the road for 2 years first though.. :P They paid for the parts and let me repair myself. Took me years to repair it though as I lost the urge to build waiting for the cheque.

I think there may even be insurance policies based around self repair now as they save on labour costs so you can save on your premium.
