Not having a go Andy but thats the reason insurance is so high for younger drivers because of the majority of loons giving the minority of good kids a bad name.
First hand knowledge of 17 year old bought BMW 316 i within 3 months crashed and took 4 other cars with him,banned for 12 months for dangerous driving and fined heavily. No he is not mine,he would never drive again if that was the case. Now has a Clio sport RS and a coke habit,need I say more !

Cost : Little as possible. Thanks : To those who by their generosity my build has progressed. Its a handmade sports car not a flaming kit car !!! If at first you dont succeed,avoid skydiving... No parachute require to freefall,only if you want to do it twice.
