Deburring 3.2mm holes?

Does anyone have a tool, available to buy in the UK, which will allow me to deburr inside the box section on the 400+ 3.2mm holes I've drilled to rivet my floor and tunnel panels on?

Have been recommended EZBurr tool but can't find a UK stockist. Not convinced the Noga type deburring tools will fit through the hole..?
