Default MT75 mounts

Hi all,

I've gone and left my BYOSC book at my house in Oxford and I'm home in London for the week working on my chassis !

Can anyone tell me where the mounts for the MT75 need to go on the chassis, on the bottom of the trans. tunnel rails or the top?

Photos would be great if anyone has them!

Cheers
Josh

I don't think the MT-75 variation was discussed in the book. The Type9 gearbox mounts sit at the top of the bottom rails. I welded mine in as high as possible and will still have to use some spacers to prop the box up, otherwise the engine tilts back.

Mine came out about right with them welded to the top of the chassis rails. They had to be different to the book design though as the book ones are not wide enough on the MT75 with the wider tunnel. Sorry but I don't have the dimensions.
