Right i've just done a bit of searching on the forum, no idea why I didn't do it first. But it looks like I can use the starter motor and alternator from the CVH. The thermostat housing can be sorted out in a few different ways, I think I will be going for the method of moving the engine 25mm forward to give the extra room, meaning the standard thermostat housing can be used.

I am still unsure if I can use the 1.8 cvh flywheel, but I am sure someone will be able to tell me shortly.

I also havent found an easy solution for the exhaust manifold.
