Have you tried you local ford dealer? you should still be able to get one from there or a local exhaust fitting centre should be able to order you one up.

Can you not buy a sheet of gasket material and make one then if you bugger it up you would have enough to make another one We do this at work a lot.(make them that is not bugger them up )

Thanks for the replies chaps, I think I will try the local exhaust centre first, I have some gasket material but I don't think it would take the heat from an exhaust manifold. I like the idea of making one from copper but will keep that as a plan b due to the time it would take to get it right.
