Hmmm .... a little confused here
 DVLA information obtained from here Registration transfer & here DVLA INF46 INF46 states that if will say on your V5C if the registration number is non transferable. Perhaps someone who has recently registerered a build on an age related plate will have a look on their V5C to see if there is a marker on it
