I just really enjoy the chassis aspect of the build, & if I see a chassis build question/thread I try to help, any builder, not just to builders of kits that I cut.

Andy...that tip to remove the flat worked a treat ....dead giveaway when i de-tacked it and saw "REMOVE" written on it !!! i am a diddy....have another question ...i have assembled and tacked on the rear frame...i have a spirit level accross RS6 comparing it with the spot on SB6...RS6 is down on one edge about 2mm (bubble touching left line)...how exact does this need to be ?
