It can be VIC checked as it is,its an identity check rather than a repair check.

I saw that on ebay, its about 2mins from my unit
Didnt bother bidding on it though as I have seen it geting abused on the industrial estate, someone attempting to drift...........badly! The engine sounds like a bag of hammers too Also if handyandy thinks its an easy fix he must have a magic wand as the whole car is twisted as its had a few prangs  Although I just could be winding you up  It is near my unit though, that bit was true  Good luck with getting it sorted, doesnt look like it will take much to put it right

Actually it says it must have one if it's being driven to VIC. I always previously understood it must have one regardless. TT

You can get the car tested at the same time as a vic check but when I took a old car in they would not do the vic check cause the car failed the test something to be aware of although it was many moons ago now
