cap pressure is not an issue if using the same cap for the bottle it came with,the cap pressure affects boiling point,some ford systems run at 20 psi and more in some jap cars.
It does not look pretty but the one I fitted to the Teamtrain Saturn race car was from the G20 donor car and square ally fitted with old ford yellow cap on the bulkhead as high as possible to get rid of the air.
