I liked my R1 BEC for the track, but the CEC is a much better all-round vehicle. As an aside, it is about 2 seconds a lap faster around the local track with the 2 litre turbo than it was with the R1 motor. ( It is now 100kgs heavier, but has lots more hp.. 190kw at the wheels).
Downside is that it doesn't sound anywhere near as good...
